RETURNS

- Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable. Note that EU orders may now be subject to these charges.
- Please note that if you choose not to pay customs charges, your order will be returned to us, and you will be refunded for the price of the product. We will not refund your original shipping cost or customs charges.
- To expedite our returns process, we do not offer exchanges.

United KingdomI’m enjoying the Trakke Messenger Tote. For uses when you don’t need a closure to a bag, this offers the versatility of slinging on the shoulder or grasping in the hand. There are also handy little pockets for small items, for example, glasses or a wallet, keeping them separate from bulk items in the body of the bag.

United KingdomOnce again a great bag from Trakke. It’s light, folds down to a small size so easily fits inside bags when you need an extra. It’s strong so is good for groceries (that’s all I’ve used it for so far). It’s comfortable to use as well. Love the colour it goes with everything

This tote-bag shines as an everyday carry bag — something to use instead of a backpack or purse. It’s what I’d reach for if I were casually heading out and needed to carry a hoodie/jumper and a water bottle. It’s perfect for heading out to the city, to lunch, or out with friends and family. Why? Because the cotton fabric is so comfortable, because it lacks rigidity, and because it’s vertically oriented (“portrait”) rather than horizontally oriented (“landscape”) like most other rectangular totes. The bag doesn’t stick out in front of you, or behind you, you when it hangs from your shoulder. However, as an unstructured cotton bag, it’s not a practical, utilitarian tote bag to use for groceries, bottles of wine, or as a pool or beach bag, where a more structured tote that can stand upright when placed on the ground would be preferred. I have a squarer, more rigid “market tote”, made from synthetic material, for those situations. Of course, if you happen to buy something, you can carry it in this bag.
Featuring strong webbing straps, three outer pockets (one will comfortably fit the biggest phones), and a metal key loop for making sure the essentials stay in one place.
It can be carried on the shoulder or in hand.
