Our Black Friday sales are legendary in the bag community, and stock sells out fast.

This year there's up to 50% off across the site, with discounts on this year's best sellers.

During this time we get a lot of people getting in touch and we often find it hard to get back to everyone, so, we've put together a list of answers to questions that we always get around this time

When does our Black Friday sale start?

Our Black Friday Sale begins at 5PM GMT on Thursday 24th November 2022.

24 HOURS ONLY.

As we don’t run sales very often, it is likely to be extremely popular; so don't miss out!

What is on sale this year?

Nearly all of our Backpacks, Messengers, Slings & Accessories will feature in our Black Friday Sale.

Due to the team working on The Muir Project, there won't be as many items available this year.

What offers are available?

Shh! This is top secret.

We're not going to announce all of the sale prices just yet, but you can expect up to 50% off! 

What kind of payment methods are available?

We accept AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, ShopPay & Visa.  

In the U.K, we also accept Klarna for payments. Using Klarna will allow you to use Pay in 3, Pay in 30 days or Pay Now options.

If you are using PayPal, you'll also have the option of buy now, pay later with PayPal Credit.

With Paypal Credit, spend over £99.00 and you get 0% interest for 4 months on that purchase.

Why aren’t you replying to my emails?

Black Friday is an extremely busy time of year, and our staff will be extremely busy helping people with their enquiries and ensuring that orders ship as quickly as possible. As such, you may experience some delays hearing back from our customer service team.

Rest assured, they will try and help you as quickly as they can.

To help them assist you as efficiently as possible, please do not message customer service on more than one channel, and please don’t send multiple messages about the same enquiry. If you do, you may end up at the bottom of the queue again.

Can I use discount codes on BLACK FRIDAY?

No. Any orders found to be using a discount code over the Black Friday period may be cancelled and stock reallocated.

Are my items reserved in my cart?

No. The items in your cart will not be reserved until your payment is confirmed.

If an item is out of stock by the time you reach checkout, we recommend making your payment for the remaining items in your cart. If you go back, you could risk other items going out of stock and our website resetting your place in the queue.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you would like to cancel, please email basecamp@trakke.co.uk

Please note that we cannot change your order. Any order requiring changed will be cancelled and reordered.

Please note that if your item has already shipped, it cannot be recalled before delivery. However, you are welcome to return your item once it arrives with you.

We won't be able to combine any orders over the Black Friday period.

I'm in the EU, Does this change anything?

Yes. You may be required to pay tax and customs charges when your item arrives in your country regardless of the value of the order. Usually, the courier will hold your parcel until these charges are paid. These charges vary from country to country.

Orders may also experience delays at customs. Both tax and delays are beyond our control.

Can I return Black Friday sale items?

Yes, of course! Our returns policy will apply to all sale items. Please note that we do not offer exchanges at the moment. The only thing that cannot be returned is Face Masks.

Can I join your Mailing List?
