Our Lifetime Guarantee covers defects in workmanship and materials that may become apparent with use. As we continue to grow and our production schedule becomes busier and busier, we have decided to set aside time to focus on repairs and provide a more accurate timeframe for customers.

Please send log your repair in the form below. Make sure you fully complete the form before sending in your bag for repair.
Please note that we only repair Trakke products and Customers cannot pay to have their repair completed quicker. Products purchased second hand or from the Sample Sale are not eligible for free repairs. Proof of Purchase is required.PLEASE NOTE - REPAIRS | APRIL
We have reached the capacity for Repairs in our April slot. The Repairs form will be opened up again in April to allow for customers to send in their product for the next Repair Window - April until June.
We also have a Buyback Programme.
Our buyback scheme allows you to return any Trakke bag that isn’t getting the love it deserves, and we’ll restore it and send it out on a new journey.
