SHIPPING

  • We ship Monday - Thursday. We do not ship on Friday.
  • Orders placed after 3pm may be dispatched the next working day.
  • UK Delivery - Next Working Day (from dispatch date)
  • International Delivery - 3-9 Working Days (from dispatch date)
  • Fully tracked & signed for.
  • Carriers: DPD & UPS
  • EU orders are shipped Duty Paid.
  • International (non-EU) orders may be subject to customs duties, local sales tax and handling charges.

    RETURNS

    • Free UK Returns.
    • Orders must be returned within 90 days of delivery.
    • Sample Sale orders must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
    • Items must be clean, unused and in sellable condition.
    • International returns must be made at your own expense. 
    • Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable. Note that EU orders may now be subject to these charges.
    • Please note that if you choose not to pay customs charges, your order will be returned to us, and you will be refunded for the price of the product. We will not refund your original shipping cost or customs charges. 
    • To expedite our returns process, we do not offer exchanges. 
    • For health reasons, Face Masks are non-returnable.

    We have moved to DPD for our shipping. DPD offer fast, and reliable next day shipping across the U.K. and has the largest fleet of Electric delivery vehicles in the U.K.

    We operate regional pricing outside of the United Kingdom. We also cover all customs charges for Europe in the final price at the checkout.Free Worldwide Shipping available when you spend £300/$300.

    RETURNS

    We offer a free returns service for customers within the UK.

    Head over to  ROYAL MAIL RETURNS and follow the on-page instructions to create your shipping label. You’ll need your order number to complete this.

    Either print your label and attach securely to your package or download it on your mobile device and take it to a Post Office that offers a label printing service. (More details can be found on the label printing page.)

    Send your package off to our workshop. Make sure you get a proof of postage and note down your tracking details, just in case.

    Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and must be in a clean, unused state.

    If you wish to exchange something in your order please re-order the new item, and return the original to us for a refund.
