    RETURNS

    • Free UK Returns.
    • Orders must be returned within 90 days of delivery.
    • Sample Sale orders must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
    • Items must be clean, unused and in sellable condition.
    • International returns must be made at your own expense. 
    • Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable. Note that EU orders may now be subject to these charges.
    • Please note that if you choose not to pay customs charges, your order will be returned to us, and you will be refunded for the price of the product. We will not refund your original shipping cost or customs charges. 
    • To expedite our returns process, we do not offer exchanges. 
    • For health reasons, Face Masks are non-returnable.

    GRADE A

    Our Grade A listed products are usually factory seconds and will be of the highest quality. The chances are, you may not even realise the product is flawed.

    Issues can include: puckering, small cosmetic flaws, minor stitching problems, discontinued stock. Each item is graded individually and held up against our extremely high quality standards.

    GRADE B

    Grade B products will have more visible flaws than A, but don't let that put you off! They may have been used on a photoshoot for less than 24hrs, or be an unused customer return.

    These flaws may include: small fabric holes, alignment issues, slight functional issues or clear signs of use.

    Flaws such as panel alignment issues & stitch holes may reduce the long-term performance of the bag and may lead to waterproofing being slightly impacted.
