Our Repairs service offers trusted expertise when it comes to fixing your beloved possessions, ensuring we extend the lifespan of your bag. Our digital download provides all the necessary information on how to send in your item, guaranteeing a smooth and worry-free process along the way.

Please note that this is a digital item that will allow you to start the Repairs process. You will be required to send images in for us to assess your repair.

This does not automatically mean that your repair will be processed as part of our Lifetime Guarantee.
