ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join the team as a full-time Customer Care & Logistics Agent.
Choosing the perfect bag can be a difficult task and whether it’s via email, phone or in person, you will support our customers in every stage of their journey. From initial questions and advice, to dispatch and aftercare, your friendly and enthusiastic nature will help to give our customers the high quality, honest service we pride ourselves on.
We dispatch daily and you’ll be responsible for all our outgoing shipments and post. You will use your keen organisational skills to keep track of shipments, deadlines and requests to ensure all orders are dispatched smoothly and on time. Your role will also include looking after other admin tasks such as stock-takes and processing returns and repairs.
There are occasionally opportunities to assist with shows, events, photoshoots and content creation.
This position is right for you if you are a keen and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working as part of a team. You are happy to work within a framework but comfortable to take initiative when needed.
A friendly and approachable nature, good grammar and eloquent writing skills are essential for communicating with customers. Good timekeeping, communication and organisational skills are key to success and progressing within the role.
SOFTWARE & EXPERIENCE
- We use use Shopify, Zendesk and Google Sheets to manage our processes.
- Experience with these platforms would be helpful.
- Prior experience in customer service preferred.

- You will be based at the Trakke workshop in Finnieston, Glasgow.
- Salary starts at the Real Living Wage.
- Experience in customer service, pack & post and/or other office admin greatly sought-after.
Anticipated Start Date
- Mid to end of September.
