Trakke is now part of the Alpkit Family
Trakke is now under new ownership, we have been working with Alec and his team throughout March 2025 to relocate the entire factory to its new home with a new team. We will continue to make products in the UK to the highest standards.
The new trakke team will be working very hard to establish it’s new factory, train the new team and work with existing suppliers so that it can reopen in May 2025.
Trakke is a fantastic brand , with a fantastic story and one the new owners had to save. Trakke has been overwhelmed with the support for the brand and it’s with this support the new owners owners of Trakke believe the brand can once again be part of your travels.
Yes! Trakke plans to reach full capacity within a few months, and we will concentrate on the best selling products, bringing as many of those back in to stock as we can. We are building a new factory from scratch using many of the original machines and all of the existing materials,quality is our number one priority and cannot be rushed.

Trakke.co.uk will be restockedat the beginning of May and there will be a range of products available for pre order. The range will be also be available in Alpkit stores later in the year.
Trakke customer service will be available via dedicated Email, live chat and phone. There will be a new team in place to answer any queries. They may not know every product inside out but they’re an experienced team.

For all orders placed before 31st of March 2025 it is not possible to cancel, refund or change your order.
For all orders shipped prior to 31st of March 2025 it is not possible refund or compensate if lost in post.

Yes, it’s the same as it’s ever been, you send us your trakke bag and we will send you a voucher for 20% off your new bag. (Please make sure the item is clean, our team cannot accept dirty, mouldy or unhygienic items)
