RETURNS

Free UK Returns.
Orders must be returned within 90 days of delivery.
Sample Sale orders must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
Items must be clean, unused and in sellable condition.
International returns must be made at your own expense.
Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable. Note that EU orders may now be subject to these charges.
Please note that if you choose not to pay customs charges, your order will be returned to us, and you will be refunded for the price of the product. We will not refund your original shipping cost or customs charges.
To expedite our returns process, we do not offer exchanges.
For health reasons, Face Masks are non-returnable.
