Keep drinks hot (80°C/176°F) for 6 hours. Keep drinks cold (6°C/43°F) for 6 hours. For maximum insulation efficiency, preheat or precool the tumbler prior to use by filling in a bit of hot/cold water for 1-2 minutes. This is a tumbler for beverage. Do not use this product for other than its intended use.
Do not use in a microwave or dishwasher. Do not place near open flames. Do not put in boiling water. Keep out of reach of children. Do not drop or subject the product to strong impact as it may cause breakage or leakage. Do not swing the product around as it may cause unexpected injuries or accidents. Do not shake or shock the product as it may cause liquid to spill. Do not put dry ice as it may expand and cause breakage. Be careful not to pour too much beverage as it may overflow when closing. Please attach the silicone ring in the correct direction. Please check that the lid is attached horizontally when you close it. Close the lid tightly to prevent spills or leakage when carrying. Please flip and rotate the product to check that there is no leakage after closing the lid. Keep the product upright to prevent accidental spills or leakage. Do not carry with electronic devices such as cell phones, computers, and cameras as possible leakage of the liquid may cause damage or malfunction. Do not open the cap immediately after the bottle has been subject to shock or vibration. Please do not open the lid while the tumbler is tilted, as it may cause the beverage to spill and stain items or potentially result in burns. When opening the bottle with carbonated beverage inside, hold the lid firmly and open slowly. Do not open the bottle near electronic devices such as cell phones, as the beverage may spurt out. Please be careful not to burn yourself, as the beverage or drinking spout may be very hot even if the tumbler surface does not feel hot. Please drink hot beverages slowly without tilting the tumbler too quickly, as the beverage may come out vigorously and cause burns. Do not leave the product under high temperature such as in a car. Depending on the condition of use, such as when the beverage is warm or in small quantities, the beverage may go flat more easily. Please check the inside of the tumbler for rust or scratches before filling it with sports drinks containing salt or with other beverages containing vinegar.
Please wash immediately after use. Do not leave the product with beverage inside for long time as it may spoil or cause rust on tumbler. Please be aware that leaving a hot beverage inside the container for an extended period may cause a vacuum to form inside when the beverage cools down; this may cause the lid to not open, the beverage to spray out, and potentially result in burns or spillage.
If the lid does not open, soak the lid in about 50°C/122°F hot water for about 1 minute to help loosen it. Immediately wash and dry well after use, then store it away from other metals to prevent rust. Do not leave it soaked as it may rust or break.
Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Do not use chlorine bleach as it may cause rust. To remove any noticeable metallic odors, such as upon first use, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar and warm water up to the rim and rinse after 30 minutes. When rust spots are found inside the tumbler, add warm water and citric acid in ratio of 10:1, wash with soft sponge after leaving it for 2-3 hours, and rinse well.
