RETURNS
- Free UK Returns.
- Orders must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

- International returns must be made at your own expense.
- Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable. Note that EU orders may now be subject to these charges.
- Please note that if you choose not to pay customs charges, your order will be returned to us, and you will be refunded for the price of the product. We will not refund your original shipping cost or customs charges.

I was skeptical at first as a long-time messanger bag user. It’s too small, ain’t it? What’s up with this narrow & short strap? (I’m 6’5”) I initially used it has a cross bag, which was already pretty awesome immediately. Then I decided to embrace the ***** pack life. Boy oh boy was that an upgrade! The “banana” shape is ergonomic. It sits nicely above my butt cheek without adding much weight on it. The small size keeps you thinking about “what’s essential for me to grab-and-go?” The COBRA buckle is fun to fidget with. For me, the additional bulk and weight is not bothersome (though I haven’t used the regular version to compare with). Some threads are loose, and the strap is already freying a little - that’s where I dock a star for now. I wish if there was an option to lengthen the strap as well. Using it as a crossbag would be easier for me that way. Overall, it’s a great product for me. I wanted something to unload my pockets to, and it’s doing just that!
